Frankensizing

It's a bit weird, but in fact it fit's: the word as well as the sweater or vest which will fit perfectly to every individual measures.
I think I must follow the blog from Amy Herzog from time to time and have a look at her tutorials how to modify my favourite patterns.
This means for future knitting projects: no longer "sucking in my stomach" but clothing it perfectly!

Travelling twins

Two of my dolls where part of a prize swap and made the long way from Germany to Virginia (USA) to make a small girl happy.

"You’re welcome to use the picture! Those dolls are very popular in our house and my daughter is fascinated that they “traveled” so far to get to her. She’s young enough that I suspect she imagines them buckled in seats on an airplane to get here!
Thanks again for sending them,
Lisa"

Summerflower Yarn from a cat

My friend, called Wollkatze  (which could be translated as woolen cat) made this wonderful summer flower yarn just in time to celebrate her second anniversary:
There's no need to say anything else, isn't it?

Dragon-mail from Switzerland

Now, half a year is already gone! Time is flying when you are having fun (that was the favourite saying of my colleague when we did not know how we could manage our work within only 24 hours a day)
But in fact, I had a lot to do and could enjoy most of it. Who wants to know, what it was exactly: just have a look here: AkinnaStisu on Ravelry!

And last but not least: this little dragon was made from Yvonne, Switzerland. I love this little guy. And she promised, he will not stay alone!
